A Stoll S10 with its boom folded, standing in the yard at Wagga Wagga
Ready to work.

S Series

The conventional Stoll. The machine the range was built on, first released in 2010.

About the S Series

Ready to work.

The S Series is where Stoll Boomsprays started. Our first broadacre S Series sprayer was released in 2010, built around the philosophy that still drives every machine we make: simple, strong, proven.

It's the Stoll for growers who want a strong, straightforward trailed sprayer that's easy to run, easy to service and made to be worked — with technology options available when you want them.

Choose your S Series

Every S Series shares the same standard equipment. What changes is the tank, the boom widths, and the chassis underneath.

S3 · 3,000 L

Built for medium-sized operations.

The S3 gives you the strength and proven design of the S Series in a compact 3,000 L machine. Simple to operate, easy to maintain and built with the same heavy-duty construction found throughout the Stoll range.

The S3 chassis and drawbar are laser cut from a single sheet and folded to form a C-section, providing high strength with less weight while allowing the chassis and drawbar to flex. Heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms help provide a smooth ride for the boom and chassis.

S4 · 4,000 L

More capacity. Same simple, proven platform.

The S4 steps up to a 4,000 L tank with boom options from 18 m to 30 m, giving medium-sized operators additional capacity and working width without moving into the larger S Series platform.

Like the S3, the S4 uses the laser-cut and folded C-section chassis and drawbar, heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms and suspended boom system.

S5 · 5,000 L

Big capability on the medium S Series platform.

With a 5,000 L tank and boom options extending from 24 m to 36 m, the S5 bridges the gap between the smaller S Series machines and the larger-capacity S6, S8 and S10.

Heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms, chassis suspension and nitrogen accumulator boom suspension work together to provide a smooth ride and help protect both boom and chassis.

S6 · 6,000 L

Built for larger operations.

The S6 marks the move into our larger S Series platform, combining a 6,000 L tank with boom widths from 24 m to 36 m, airbag suspension and a heavy-duty fully fabricated chassis.

Heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms and airbag suspension provide a smooth ride to help protect the boom and chassis. The S6 also features the larger front platform covered with safety perf for storage of chemical drums, hoses and equipment, with a convenient fold-down access ladder.

S8 · 8,000 L

More capacity. Built to cover country.

The S8 combines an 8,000 L tank, 30 m to 42 m boom options, airbag suspension and our hydraulic floating drawbar system to create a large-capacity sprayer designed for a smooth, stable ride.

The S8 drawbar is connected to the chassis via two hydraulic rams plumbed into a nitrogen accumulator. This creates a suspension system for the drawbar, further improving the ride of the sprayer.

S10 · 10,000 L

Maximum S Series capacity.

At 10,000 L, the S10 is the largest machine in the S Series range. Designed specifically for larger operators, it combines high capacity with 30 m to 42 m boom options, airbag suspension and the hydraulic floating drawbar.

Like the S8, the S10 features the hydraulic floating drawbar, with two hydraulic rams connected to a nitrogen accumulator to create a suspension system for the drawbar.

Two chassis platforms

3,000 L to 5,000 L

S3–S5

Chassis and drawbar laser cut from a single sheet and folded to form a C-section — high strength with less weight, while allowing the chassis and drawbar to flex.

Heavy-duty coil spring suspension with heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms, and airbag suspension as an option. Hypro 9303C pump at 416 L/min.

6,000 L to 10,000 L

S6–S10

A heavy-duty, fully welded box-section steel chassis with airbag suspension and heavy-duty twin leaf trailing arms. Hypro 9306C pump at 784 L/min, aluminium breakaways and a larger front platform for drums, hoses and equipment.

The S8 and S10 add the hydraulic floating drawbar: two hydraulic rams plumbed into a nitrogen accumulator, creating a suspension system for the drawbar.

Standard on every S Series

No fuss. No stress. No trouble.

Fitted as standard across the S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 and S10.

ISO rate & section control

ISO automatic rate control and automatic section control system to suit your existing GPS equipment.

Tank

UV-stabilised polyethylene tank with a large sump for complete drainage and a smooth interior for easy chemical decontamination. The forward-sloping tank with front sump is designed to keep weight on the tractor as the sprayer empties. Tank and chassis design provides high ground clearance while retaining a low centre of gravity.

TeeJet controls

Quality TeeJet controls including 430 Series 12V electric ball valves with stainless steel balls, electric regulating valve and 801 flowmeter.

Hypro pump

Hydraulically driven Hypro pump fitted as standard. The plumbing allows the Hypro to be used to fill the main tank, eliminating the need for a standalone firefighter or transfer pump.

425 L flush tank

Plumbed for quick and easy flushing of the pump and boom. Positioned low in the chassis to maintain a low centre of gravity and help keep weight on the tractor as the main tank empties.

Filtration

High-capacity fill filter ensures water is filtered before entering the tank, followed by twin ARAG 330 Series pressure filters, with the first being self-cleaning.

Agitation

Turbo agitator fitted as standard to keep chemical thoroughly mixed.

Chemical induction hopper

60 L drop-down induction hopper with high-flow agitator nozzle, drum rinse nozzle and hopper flush nozzle. Designed to make transferring liquids and powders quick, clean and easy.

Clean water / hand wash

15 L hand wash tank with integrated detergent bottle.

Wheels & axles

Large single tractor wheels provide better flotation and reduced ground compaction, with a heavy-duty axle fitted as standard.

Poly mudguards

Poly mudguards with large mudflaps fitted as standard.

Double-sided electric fencelines

Electric fenceline nozzles fitted to both sides, allowing the operator to stay clear of fences and trees while still spraying around them.

Nozzles

TeeJet non-drip nozzle bodies mounted behind the boom for protection, with stainless steel nozzle brackets. TeeJet AIXR nozzles of your choice are fitted as standard.

Boom lift

Large parallelogram boom lift provides fast, smooth height adjustment. Hydraulic cylinders are plumbed into a nitrogen accumulator to provide boom suspension.

Boom control

Hydraulic fold, individual hydraulic wing tilt and hydraulic bi-fold allow the outer wing to be hydraulically folded in to spray at a narrower width.

Boom construction

All-steel, single-truss design with twin chains for excellent boom stability and to help eliminate yaw stress.

Hydraulics

Quality Hydac hydraulic manifold and control valves, with nitrogen accumulators used on the tilt cylinders and boom lift cylinders for boom suspension.

Tank fill

Top-mounted bottom fill fitted as standard.

Tank rinse

Tank rinse nozzles fitted to the main tank and plumbed to automatically operate when filling the main tank with clean water, helping reduce foaming.

Sight tube

External sight gauge for accurate tank filling.

Simple plumbing

High-quality Australian-made chemical-grade hose throughout. Section valves are positioned on the boom centre rack rather than at the front of the sprayer, reducing unnecessary hose lengths for easier decontamination, neater installation and faster boom on/off times. The front work zone features just two clearly labelled taps. No fuss. No stress. No trouble.

Finish

Trailer and boom are sandblasted, primed with high-quality zinc shield primer and then powder coated for excellent chemical resistance and a hard, durable finish.

Road light kit

LED trailer lights, oversize sign and rotating beacon.
