NEW S6 6000LT SPRAYER
The all new Stoll S-6 6000L sprayer has been designed from the ground up with 3 simple goals in mind, 'Simple, Stronger, Better.'
The S6 has been built with you in mind, with most features standard inclusions on the sprayer.
Chassis: Fully welded box section chassis using 200 x 100 x 6mm 350 grade RHS - All Australian made with no imported steel being used anywhere on our equipment. Height adjustable heavy duty swivel eye tow. The chassis has been engineered to mate seamlessly with the main tank and flush tank with maximum stability and a smooth ride in mind.
Tank: 6000L product tank designed with a low centre of gravity to maximize trailer stability, yet still give excellent ground clearance for taller or later sprayed crops. The tank channels all liquid to the centre of the tank, then to a large central collection point at the front of the tank. This ensures that the tank totally drains, is easy to decontaminate and keeps weight on the tractor drawbar as the tank empties. Tank features cut outs with mounting points so that it fits snugly into the chassis.
Sight Tube: Dry sight tube fitted as standard and features a reflective float and LED light at the bottom of the tube for easy visibility even at night.
Agitation: Twin turbo agitators which are mounted through flat cut outs in the tank to ensure that the agitators follow the same angle as the floor of the tank. This, combined with bypass agitation ensures that your products stay thoroughly mixed.
Platform: Large platform with easy access via steps on both sides of the trailer gives you plenty of room to store chemical drums / hoses etc. Boom rest incorporate steps giving easy access to the main tank lid.
Axle: Heavy duty Maxus axle with airbag suspension which gives the trailer a very smooth ride. 11 Tonne rated suspension with heavy duty twin leaf trailing arms. This translates to longer boom and chassis life and ensures that the boom has the smoothest ride possible. Axle features heavy duty 10 stud hubs.
Wheels: 20.8 x 42" wheels fitted (520/85R42)
Flush Tank: 425L Flush tank which is carried low in the chassis to maximize trailer stability and to keep weight on the tractor drawbar.
Hand Wash: Dedicated 15L hand wash tank.
Pump: Choice of hydraulically driven Hypro centrifugal pump or Bertolini diaphragm pump.
Boom: 24 - 36M heavy duty booms with hydraulic bi-fold (can fold boom in half) and individual hydraulic wing tilt as standard. Plumbed with TeeJet non-drip nozzle bodies, mounted on stainless steel brackets which are behind the boom for complete protection. Flush out caps are fitted on the ends of each boom section.
Boom Lift: Large parallelogram boom lift gives fast and smooth height adjustment. Hydraulic cylinders are plumbed into a nitrogen accumulator for boom suspension.
Section Valves: TeeJet 12V motorized ball valves featuring stainless steel ball and flow back manifold, which provides quicker shutoff time when coupled with automatic boom switching. 5 sections fitted as standard.
Nozzles: TeeJet nozzles of your choice fitted.
Mudguards: Poly mudguards with mudflaps.
Electric fence line nozzles: Fitted to each side of the boom which allows you to stay clear of fences and trees, yet still spray around them.
Chemical Induction Hopper: 60L drop down induction hopper fitted with agitation nozzle, hopper flush nozzle and drum flush nozzle. Hopper is plumbed so that rinsing functions are done with clean water, not contaminated product from the main tank.
Tank Rinse nozzles: Twin tank rinse nozzles are fitted to main tank as standard. Nozzles are plumbed so that they automatically operate when filling the main tank with clean water which reduces foaming.
Tank Fill: 2" top mounted bottom fill fitted as standard.
Drain valve: 12V electric dump valve means that you can drain your tank contents at the flick of a switch - you don't need to get under the sprayer to manually turn a tap.
Road light kit: LED trailer lights, oversize sign and rotating beacon all fitted as standard.
Filtration: High capacity 2" suction filter, 1 ½" Primary self-cleaning filter and 1 ½" secondary pressure filter.
Plumbing: All hoses are the highest quality Australian made chemical grade hose.
Finish: Chassis and boom are fully sandblasted before being primed with the highest quality zinc shield primer, then Powdercoated. This process ensures a hard, rich long lasting finish that is highly resistant to corrosion and gives the best protection possible against chemicals.
Rate Control Options: S-6 sprayers can be fitted with varying automatic rate controls, with the majority being set up to run with clients existing GPS units - eg Trimble, John Deere etc.
Nuts & Bolts: Every bolt is grade 8.8 (High Tensile) with hardened washers. All nuts and bolts are assembled with anti-sieze to product against corrosion, and ensure that they are easy to get undone for maintenance.
