Stoll S-3 Series

The S-3 series of sprayers are reliable, strong machines made specifically for medium to large scale operators.
Designed and built with strength, simplicity and ease of use in mind, the S-3 Sprayers feature heavy duty construction, a very simple plumbing design and layout with the highest quality components and are the most reliable machines on the market.
Available in 2000lt to 6000lt tanks sizes and booms ranging from 12m to 36m the S-3 series are the leading sprayer and offer the best value for money in their class.

THE S-3 RANGE COMES STANDARD WITH THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

TRAILER: Heavy duty fully welded chassis, large platform covered with safety-perf which is convenient for storing chemical and hoses etc, foldaway ladder with handrail, modular design allows options to be easily added or deleted. The single beam pull has a 38mm swivel ball end and a heavy duty jackstand.

AXLE/WHEELS: Single axle is standard on all models. Rigid axle in 2000L to 3500L sizes with coil spring suspension being an option. Suspension is standard on 4500L to 6000L sizes. Tyre sizes range from 14.9 x 28" on the smaller trailers up to 20.8 x 42" on the larger sizes.

PUMP: Hydraulically driven Hypro pump or PTO driven Bertolini pump can be fitted depending on your preference. If choosing the hypro pump, the sprayer is plumbed so that you can use the hypro to fill the tank which eliminates the need for a standalone firefighter or transfer pump.

TANK: Low profile, UV stabilised polyethylene tank with large sump for complete drainage & a smooth interior for easy decontamination, 3/4" sight tube. 2" remote fast drain, 1 1/2" top mounted bottom fill with your choice of camlock, dedicated venturi pressure agitator as well as bypass agitation.

BOOM: Heavy duty hydraulic booms range in size from 12M to 36M. All booms feature hydraulic parallelogram lift with accumulator suspension, individual hydraulic wing tilt and hydraulic bi-fold meaning that the outer wing can be folded in hydraulically to reduce the spray width.

NOZZLES: TeeJet non-drip nozzle bodies that are mounted behind the boom for complete protection. TeeJet AI-XR low pressure air induction nozzles are fitted as standard, giving you the ultimate combination of drift control and coverage.

CONTROLS: Top quality TeeJet controls are fitted including 430 series 12V electric ball valves (not solenoids), with stainless steel ball, electric regulating valve & 801 flowmeter. All controls are on the one neat manifold and are mounted on the boom rather than at the front of the sprayer to cut down on unnecessary lengths of hose for easier decontamination, neater installation & quicker on/off time of booms. The workzone at the front of the sprayer features a control panel with only two, clearly labeled taps which makes operating the S-3 series a breeze.

FOAM MARKER: (Option) High quality 100lt double sided marking system. A Thomas 12 volt compressor is at the heart of the system & coupled with our end-of-line generators it makes excellent, reliable foam.

FLUSH TANK: 200lt or 400lt flush tank plumbed to enable flushing of the pump & boom. Clean water outlet taps are fitted to both sides of the trailer.

FILTRATION: Three stage filtration with a large capacity ARAG 316 1 1/2" suction filter, Twin 1 1/2" pressure filters and TeeJet nozzle filters - all as standard.

CHEMICAL FILL: 60L drop down induction hopper complete with high flow agitator nozzle, drum rinse nozzle and hopper flush nozzle. Makes transferring liquids and powders quick, clean and easy.

HYDRAULICS: Quality Eaton hydraulics used throughout. Nitrogen accumulators used on lift and individual tilt cylinders for suspension. Electric over hydraulic manifold with lock out valves on the tilt rams control all fold and tilt functions.

WIRING/ELECTRONICS: All looms are run inside a heavy duty covering, all plugs and joins are completely sealed giving the ultimate in protection against the elements.

RATE CONTROL/GPS: All S-3 sprayers are ready to be fitted with automatic rate control and/or GPS. We can fit the Trimble EZ-Guide 500 or FMX display along with the Trimble EZ-Boom automatic section control system. We can also set the sprayers up to use your existing GPS / rate control equipment.

FINISH: Trailer & boom are primed with etch primer & finished with the highest quality two pack paint for excellent chemical resistance & a hard rich finish.
