Stoll S-1 Series
The S-1 series of sprayers are reliable, strong, and simple machines made
specifically for smaller operators.
Designed and built with strength, simplicity and ease of use in mind, the
S-1 Sprayers feature a very simple plumbing design and layout with quality
TeeJet and Arag components.
Available in 600lt to 1500lt tanks sizes with the option of 6m, 8m, 10m
and 12m booms, the S-1 range offers the best value for money, and is the
leading sprayer in its class.

THE S-1 RANGE COMES STANDARD WITH THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
TRAILER: Heavy duty chassis, walk-through platform covered with safety-perf, handrail & steps both sides. The pull has a 35mm swivel tow eye or a 50mm ball coupling.
SUSPENSION: S-1 sprayers all ride on Stoll's own 'smooth-ride' suspension. Trailers from 600L to 1000L have Sunraysia rims and tyres, while trailers from 1200L to 1500L roll on larger (size) implement tyres.
PUMP: PTO driven Bertolini 3 piston diaphragm pump, 75lt per min. Smooth running pump eliminates the need for pulsation dampeners. Also works well with controllers unlike other twin piston diaphragm pumps which can run quite rough & 'hammer' the liquid through the lines. Pumps feature 316 stainless steel valves and special poly coated heads and manifolds, which make them ideal for use with liquid fertilizers and aggressive chemicals. Pumps can also be driven with a Honda engine if you are towing them with a ute.
TANK: Low profile, UV stabilised polyethylene tank with large sump for complete drainage & a smooth interior for easy decontamination. 2" remote fast drain, 1 1/2" top mounted bottom fill with your choice of camlock, dedicated venturi pressure agitator as well as bypass agitation.
BOOM: 6, 8, 10 or 12m booms can be fitted to the S-1 series. The booms are manual fold, with an easy to operate manual winch lift system for quick and easy height adjustment.
NOZZLES: TeeJet QJ17560A non-drip nozzle bodies are fitted and are mounted behind the boom for complete protection.All our S-1 series sprayers come with TeeJet AI-XR air induction nozzles as standard - the ultimate nozzle for both drift control and coverage. We don't skimp and fit cheap, plastic flat fan nozzles as most other manufacturers do - after all, the nozzle is without doubt one of the most important components to achieve a great spray result
CONTROLS: 3 section electric controls are fitted as standard, using motorized 12v TeeJet ball valves (not solenoids) In cab controls enable each boom section to be switched off individually, or all together from a master switch. Electric regulating valve give you the freedom to adjust the pressure remotely from the cab. Simple plumbing layout and control taps make operation a breeze.
FOAM MARKER: High quality 60lt double sided marking system. End-of-line generators used in this system ensures that it makes excellent, reliable foam.
FLUSH TANK: 60lt flush tank is fitted and is plumbed to enable flushing of the pump & boom. Hand wash tap also fitted.
FILTRATION: Four stage filtration system including tank lid basket filter, a large capacity ARAG 316 1 1/2" suction filter, 1" self-cleaning pressure filter and TeeJet nozzle filters - all as standard.
CHEMICAL FILL: Chemical suction probe is fitted to provide easy, clean chemical transfer from the chemical drum to the tank, without the need to tip the chemical in through the tank lid.
FINISH: Trailer & boom are sandblasted, primed & finished with the highest quality powdercoating. This process provides excellent chemical resistance & a hard rich finish.
